What Do You Want To Know About Realty Income?
If you have a question you would like included, you can either add it to the comments (use the little comment button) or you can e-mail me.
Using comments is ideal because:
- I can see them all requests on a single page, which makes it easy to find.
- You can see if someone already asked the question you wanted to ask.
- My inbox might get hammered, so I want to leave that as the option for people who really don’t like using comments.
Note: Using comments requires a Substack account (which is free). The process is VERY fast. You can skip / decline on every suggestion.
When you initially subscribe to me, you get “recommendations” for other newsletters. These are generally going to be finance newsletters that might people find interesting. If you’re seeing this in your e-mail, you’re already past that step.
When you create the Substack account, you get “suggestions” from Substack for additional newsletters to subscribe to. Those suggestions might be great, or awful, or anywhere in between. Since the suggestions are from Substack, I can’t control the suggestions in anyway. Fortunately, I believe this only happens right when you first create an account.
Questions we have so far:
- Are they reaching outside their core competency with acquisitions?
- What do we think about the preferred shares (which came from SRC acquisition)?
- How would lower interest rates impact Realty Income and other net lease REITs?
- Is the size of O becoming a challenge for generating accretive acquisitions?
- Why have we been less bullish on O (and other net lease REITs) than some other analysts?
Add yours to the list.
Most will probably be handled in rapid-fire (1 to 3 sentences). Some may get a chart or more detailed info.
I’ll be doing this article pretty soon, so if you’ve got a question, make sure to get it in fast.
