Trade Alert 12/12/2024
3 new trades for Colorado Wealth Management Fund.
Note: I added some cash to fund these trades. Added $24,540. That is almost a 1.5% increase in the total portfolio size. Each purchase was roughly equal at about 0.5% of the total portfolio.
Trades placed:
- Purchased 208 shares of Rexford (REXR) at $40.4159. REXR was already 6.7% of my portfolio, so this purchase will take it up to nearly 7.2%. Shares briefly dipped under $40. They popped for a day, but dipped back down. I continue to like the valuation and see this primarily as a matter of time. Prologis (PLD) is also quite attractive for investors who want a more diversified industrial REIT. We are also long PLD at 4.08% of the portfolio (before adjusting for today's additional cash).
